[Case 01]
Optimizing the digital journey for Crediexpo 2024
Finanzas

Crediexpo 2024: Negocios y finanzas
Rebranding and digital experience redesign for one of the largest business events in Guanajuato, Mexico.
[Project Overview]
Crediexpo is a business and finance forum that brings together entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and industry leaders through conferences, workshops, and networking experiences. For the 2024 edition, I led both the event's visual rebranding and the redesign of its digital experience.
The project involved creating a refreshed visual identity that reflected Crediexpo's growth and positioning, while also redesigning key digital touchpoints to simplify navigation and streamline the registration process. Through improvements in information architecture, content hierarchy, and user flows, the experience became more intuitive and accessible for attendees.
Note: The event website remains online but has since been updated for the 2026 edition. The work presented in this case study corresponds specifically to the 2024 rebrand and website redesign.
[Problem Statement]
Crediexpo needed a refreshed visual identity and a digital experience capable of supporting a growing audience and an increasingly complex event structure.
The website had to communicate a large volume of information—including multiple ticket categories, conference schedules, speakers, sponsors, and event activities—while guiding users efficiently toward registration. The combination of extensive content and diverse audience needs increased the risk of confusion, navigation friction, and drop-offs during the decision-making process.
The challenge was to create a cohesive brand experience and a clear digital journey that helped users find relevant information quickly and complete their registration with confidence.
